There was a time when I drove an SUP. I needed the extra space when my daughter was little and I was carting her and her friends around. But the truth is, an SUP is really not ideal for shuttling kids. For one, you need some serious balance, and like many moms, mine was way off at the time. Plus, it was challenging to stand up for where I needed to go. I also needed the third row, which didn't come with my SUP. I guess I'm lucky I had one.
